Although it is often assumed that happiness declines over time, the reality is much more nuanced: levels of emotional well-being and life satisfaction do not follow a uniform curve. The perception of life, the sense of purpose and everyday emotions vary significantly depending on the social, economic and cultural context.  <\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"780\" data-end=\"1185\">From<em data-start=\"786\" data-end=\"809\"> Organizational Change<\/em>, this finding resonates with a fundamental principle: well-being is not only personal, it is also organizational.
